National Rally booking forms were sent out in January and details of the rally, including booking form, are available on the CMA website.
The website is being gradually updated to accommodate such changes as the introduction of CMA Bikers Church www.bikers-church.org
We continue to review our Safeguarding Policy and have now found it necessary prepare an additional separate policy to cover Bikers Church. We continue to encourage our members to attend Safeguarding Training provided by CCPAS (Churches Child Protection Advisory Service).
We have not yet managed to include the use of PayPal amongst our resources.
At the end of February we spent the weekend together as guests of World Horizons in Llanelli and were able to use their facilities to pray together, conduct an Exec meeting and review our strategy and vision for CMA. It was a most profitable time spent with God.
In early March, Mike, Ian and Jason attended the European CMA Leaders’ conference in Germany.
Various Regional Meetings have been taken place and feedback has been very positive. The formats adopted have encouraged greater member participation and inter-branch communication. We look forward to developing these to include further training as required.
We have three charity trustees at present and are looking to increase this number.
The CMA Handbook is approaching the time of its annual update and should be ready at the beginning of May.
